Really good Stay!

friendly staff elephant sanctuary tour gluten-free options

The staff were friendly and helpful. Reception found a fantastic elephant sanctuary tour run by a local monk. The hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere with a superb pool. The provision of gluten-free options at breakfast was also appreciated.

I found it difficult to open the doors to the room, cupboard, and bathroom. Getting in and out of bed was also challenging due to a big ledge. These issues impacted my experience.

Staff members were attentive, addressing needs promptly and efficiently. The concierge provided great support before arrival. The team showed a genuine willingness to assist with any request.

Underwhelming experience

mixed up remote controls stale pastries

The restaurant staff provided attentive service at the bar (i guess they were properly trained).

I was quite disappointed. The remote controls for the TVs and air conditioning were mixed up upon arrival, so operating them was impossible. It took until the next day for the situation to be resolved, a real inconvenience. The breakfast was also lacking. The pastries and bread seemed stale.
